At the end of Shabbat Services Friday night we asked community members to share pictures form their Shabbat table. After all, while we might have to welcome Shabbat from a distance for the time that doesn’t mean we we aren’t able to share Shabbat services together. #CommunityNeverCloses

Message from Morah Mindy:
We had another great Sunday morning together! We love to get to see our students each week!

New: Seventh Grade Connect and Be Mindful together! 7:30 pm Monday, March 30

Parents, please set your 7th grader up to join our virtual get together- I will lead an intro, discussion, and would love to hear from your child how they have made a difference to someone these past weeks- or how they hope to do so moving forward.
Then we will have a 30 minute mindfulness session with Bela Barbosa, who is the TSTI mindfulness expert. This is in addition to their private Hebrew lessons also on Monday. We miss them and can’t wait to connect! This class will be ongoing until we are together in person.

While we practice social distancing during this challenging moment, we also need social solidarity more than ever. One thing that can help lift us out of this difficult time is to turn our attention towards strengthening our community connections and serving others. Do you have some time each week to make a few phone calls to check-in with members of our TSTI community who might be struggling during this time? If so, fill out this form to volunteer!
