Religious Freedom and a Changing Supreme Court
Nelson Tebbe is a Professor of Law, Cornell Law School where he teaches constitutional law, religious freedom, freedom of speech, legal theory and professional responsibility. In addition to his juris doctorate from Yale, he holds a Ph.D with distinction in religion from the University of Chicago Divinity School. He recently published “Religious Freedom In An Egalitarian Age” (Harv. Univ. Press 2017).
