DESCRIPTION:TSTI and Temple B’nai Abraham are honored to co-host Charlie Kramer\, a renowned musician and educator\, for a unique Shabbat experience. \nWe all have something that challenges us. But how do we handle those personal challenges? \nAn international speaker\, performer and musical artist\, Charlie Kramer is legally blind\, with only 4% of his total vision remaining. He has no peripheral vision and is completely blind at night. Charlie has traveled across North America\, Israel and Australia sharing his talent and educating communities on the importance of inclusion\, equality and self-acceptance. \nFriday\, March 1 – Shabbat Service\n6:00pm\nIn addition to singing\, Charlie will give the sermon\, sharing his story of what living with blindness is truly like—breaking common stereotypes and misconceptions of life with a disability.\nNo registration required. \nSaturday\, March 2 – Connecting to Our Senses: Singing in the Dark\n7:00pm\nJoin us for a journey of the senses\, “seeing” the world as Charlie does.
