DESCRIPTION:TSTI is hosting Healthy Bones this summer and TSTI members are invited! \nHeathy Bones is a 2-hour workout with exercises to improve posture\, balance\, strength and flexibility. Chairs will be used. After the second week\, participants use a light leg weight and hand weights. It was developed for those who have or are concerned about osteoporosis.
