“Like a Sukkah in the Desert”: October 7th Memorial and Reflections

Join us for a service of mourning and hope as we commemorate the second anniversary of the October 7th attacks. We will come together under our sukkah—a symbol of shelter and peace—to grieve for those lost, pray for the return of the remaining hostages, and dream of a better, safer, and more peaceful future.

Guest speaker Daniella Geffen, Federation Metrowest’s community shlicha (emissary), will join us to share about her experiences as an Israeli in the aftermath of the attacks, and what helps her to feel optimistic for Israel’s future. We will conclude with time for reflection and to adorn our sukkah with our own words of hope.

Tuesday, October 7
Refreshments will served.
