Join us for a shared yoga experience led by TSTI member and yoga teacher, Thandi Center. Through the physical practice of yoga, combined with individual reflection, we will create space for each of us to ground and connect with ourselves and with one another. Through this practice, participants will have an opportunity to recharge and cultivate a sense of mindfulness and belonging in community with others.

This class is for all levels. Please bring your own mat!
