For 30 extraordinary years, Carol has been the heart, soul, and guiding light of TSTI’s Iris Family Center. She has walked every hallway, crouched beside every child, and remembered every name. She has helped us to see the impact of slowing down and prioritizing connection, and this is what has created a preschool that has given so many of us, and so many of our children, a foundation of joyful learning that lasts a lifetime.

Carol hasn’t just run a school. She’s built a community. A home. A place where children are not only taught, but cherished. Where teachers are uplifted. Where parents are partners. Where every single person feels seen, heard, and loved.
