TSTI is hosting Healthy Bones this summer and TSTI members are invited!

Heathy Bones is a 2-hour workout with exercises to improve posture, balance, strength and flexibility. Chairs will be used. After the second week, participants use a light leg weight and hand weights. It was developed for those who have or are concerned about osteoporosis. The class is tiring, but fun!
