Pets Can Paint
June – November 2022
Pets Can Paint invited Temple community members to join their pets in a collaborative painting workshop on May 22, 2022 at TSTI.
One hour-long outdoor event celebrated the creative spark between the species and attracted not only participants, but numerous volunteers and onlookers as well.
The workshop culminated with all participants working together on our 8 x 10 foot mural, which became the morning’s highlight, followed by a hose down as the temperature climbed toward 90 degrees.
Pet food was also collected at the event for the Cavalry Baptist Church Food Pantry in East Orange.
Our exhibition includes distinguished and masterful paintings by 8 dogs, one guinea pig, and one cat.
